If you would like to return an item you must let us know within 14 days of recieving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us for a full refund.

You as the buyer are responsible for any return postage costs. We ask that all items are posted signed for with a tracking number.

Items that are personalised or custom made to you may not be eligible for re-sale resulting in the items being non refundable.

If an item arrives damaged from processes of delivery please contact us as soon as possible and a replacement will be made providing the stock is available.

Because most of our pieces are hand made to order processing times vary.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. 

Once dispatched you will be notified via email with a reference number/tracking.  Please allow up to 5 working days for UK deliveries.

International destinations please allow 14-30 days after dispatch for delivery.
