Returns & exchanges
At Hampshire Jewels we appriciate that we are all human and humans do change their minds.
If you would like to return an item you must let us know withing 14 days of recieving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us for a full refund.
You as the buyer are responsible for any return postage costs. We ask that all items are posted signed for with a tracking number.
Items that are personalised or custom made to you may not be eligible for re-sale resulting in the items being non refundable.
If an item arrives damaged from processes of delivery please contact us as soon as possible and a replacement will be made providing the stock is available.

Most of our pieces are hand made to order, wait times are currently 2 weeks before items are dispatched.
Please expect postage delays due to current influx of christmas shopping nationwide.
